Ingredients:
- 10 oz can of condensed cream of chicken soup (cream of celery works too)
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 3/4 cup of uncooked regular (white) long grain rice (brown does not work right)
- 2 cups FRESH OR FROZEN veggies ( I use broccoli and cauliflower)
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 4 skinless boneless breasts halves
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Method:
- Stir the soup , water, rice, veggies and onion powder in a 12 x 8 baking dish
- Top with the chicken( yes the raw chicken) season the chicken as desired ( I put Mrs dash table blend and celery salt. cut it into cubes and it is more kid friendly)
- Bake at 375 F for 45 Min’s or until done, Top with Cheese.
***Note:
This only makes a small dish if you want to double it, it should fit in a 9 x13
pan! I added more veggies and chicken to the smaller one and it was good!
