Pasta Fagioli

Pasta Fagioli - if use full recipe, have a large crock pot otherwise, 1/2 recipe.
I have a note 1/2 recipe for home, full if for church :)

2 lb ground beef     
1 Onion, chopped
3 carrots, chopped  
4 celery stalks, chopped
2 28oz cans diced tomatoes UNdrained
1 16oz can red kidney beans, drained
1 16oz can white kidney beans, drained
3 10oz cans beef stock     
1 20oz jar spaghetti sauce
3 tsp oregano         
5 tsp parsley
2 tsp pepper           
1 tsp hot sauce(optional)
8 oz pasta (whatever kind you like)

Cook ground beef in skillet, drain fat. Add to crock pot with everything EXCEPT pasta.
Cook on low 7-8 hrs or on high 4-5 hrs.
During last 30 minutes if on high or last hour if on low, add pasta.
Stir, can add any other spices if desired.

*For those that don't want meat, substitute or delete that ingredient.
